LTWC and our friends at McKenzie River Trust are excited to welcome Sarah Pollock to the staff of both organizations as a shared Administrative Assistant. Sarah officially started in December and has already hit the ground running on several projects to improve the efficiency and office environments for each organization.
As the Administrative Assistant, Sarah will fulfill front-line office management, data tracking and file management, event support, scheduling, coordinating logistics, and other key duties that support the critical infrastructure of both nonprofits. LTWC and MRT already share a long history of common goals and collaboration through landowner outreach, habitat enhancement, community engagement, conservation planning, and regional stewardship. Sarah’s position will also serve as a bridge between the two organizations as we continue to grow our partnership!
Sarah holds a B.A. in Global Environmental Studies from Clark University in Massachusetts and brings her years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and Program Coordinator for multiple nonprofits and businesses. Growing up hiking and backpacking with her family in Colorado, Sarah developed an understanding and appreciation for the natural environment. She enjoys walking, snowshoeing, and adventuring in all that Oregon has to offer.
Welcome, Sarah, to a unique and exciting position!
