The Long Tom Watershed Council has a long history of helping neighbors care for land and water right in their own back yards. The Long Tom Watershed is just over 90% privately owned. That means most of these projects have a local resident, family, or small business to thank for doing the right thing in their corner of the watershed. We also partner with many public landowners in public/private partnership in stewardship of our local watershed.
