Come down to the Monroe Community Library and grab a bite to eat with fellow neighbors to learn more about Ludwigia, an aggressive aquatic invasive plant, and it’s one of the focal weed species in our area to target for education and treatment. Also commonly known as water primrose, this non-native plant forms dense mats in shallow and slow-moving waterways. This weed negatively impacts waterways, native habitat, and agriculture. Come learn about this weed and what you can do!
